This detached vacation home is quietly situated near Wolphaartsdijk near the Veerse Meer. In the immediate vicinity of the house is nature, water and tranquility, but the recreation house is also within walking distance of the marina, several restaurants and the Veerse Meer with various water sports and a recreation area with a beach. Great for sailing, surfing, canoeing, swimming and playing.
The cottage is ideally situated for going out and sailing, walking or cycling, but also to visit the beautiful cities of Goes, Veere, Middelburg and Zierikzee.

This detached bungalow is located on 320 m2 and after the renovation of 2023 it has a roof structure with three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor and a sauna on the first floor.

Through the entrance you enter the hall with a separate toilet and stairs to the second floor. On the first floor there is a cozy, bright living room with a built-in fireplace and a sitting area with a smart TV, radio, various books and games. There is also a dining table where you can comfortably sit with six people. From the living room you can walk through the sliding doors to a sunny, covered terrace with a comfortable seating area facing south.

The open kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and separate oven, kettle and Dolce Gusto. Through the kitchen you can walk into the storage room where there is a washer and dryer. You will also find here the garden cushions and a parasol. It is also possible to store bicycles here.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. One spacious bedroom with a double bed and space for a crib. The other two bedrooms have two single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and a toilet.

You can park your car in the driveway of the vacation home. There is a garden with an outdoor table, booth chairs and an outdoor shower. In the garden you will find a lot of greenery giving you a lot of privacy.
