Spacious 12-person holiday home with sauna in Winterberg

This 12 person vacation home is a beautiful vacation home to spend a vacation not only in winter, but also the rest of the year. The vacation home is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. The vacation home is at 10 minutes driving distance from the center of Winterberg with numerous stores, boutiques and restaurants. The ski area is two kilometers away. Even a little closer you will find the mountain Cap with its bobsled run, bike park, summer toboggan runs and climbing forest. This super nice vacation home is a great base to explore Sauerland in summer but also in winter, or for a wonderful weekend or week of skiing.

The living room is furnished with a sitting area, television and a dining area. The kitchen has a filter coffee maker, refrigerator, (small) freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The house has six bedrooms which are all located on the second floor. In addition, this accommodation has three bathrooms so that you can have fun together but do not have to bother each other. On each floor you will find a bathroom with its own toilet (basement, first floor and second floor). Each bedroom has a linen closet. Around the house is a garden and at the front there is a large (partially) covered terrace with garden furniture and a large barbecue. At the front there are also six parking spaces so that everyone can park their car in front of the door.
