Spacious 12-person holiday home with sauna in Winterberg

This 12-person holiday home is a beautiful holiday home to spend a vacation not only in winter but also the rest of the year. The holiday home is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. It is located a 6-minute drive from the center of Winterberg, with its numerous shops, boutiques, and restaurants. The ski area is two kilometers away. Even closer, you will find Mount Kappe with the bobsleigh track, bike park, summer toboggan runs, and climbing forest. This fantastic holiday home is an excellent base for exploring the Sauerland in both summer and winter, or for a wonderful weekend or week of skiing.

The living room is furnished with a seating area, television, and a dining area. The property also features a second living room, which often serves as a relaxation space for the youth. The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker, refrigerator, (small) freezer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The house has six bedrooms, all located on the first floor. Additionally, this accommodation features three bathrooms, allowing guests to enjoy a pleasant time together without disturbing one another. On every floor, you will find a bathroom with a private toilet (basement, ground floor, and first floor). Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe. There is a garden surrounding the house, and at the front, there is a large (partially) covered terrace with garden furniture and a large barbecue. There are also six parking spaces at the front, so everyone can park their car right in front of the door.
