Cosy 4-person holiday flat in Winterberg
This cosy four-person holiday flat on the third floor, with a nice balcony, is a short distance from Mount Cap with its bobsled run, bike park, summer toboggan runs and climbing forest. The centre of Winterberg with numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants, is also within walking distance from the flat. The ski lifts and the Skiliftkarrussell are about 700 metres from the apartment. This super nice flat is a great base to explore Sauerland in summer but also in winter, or for a lovely weekend or week of skiing.
This cosy four-person holiday flat is located on the third floor and is close to the bob track, bike park and ski area. The living room has a seating area with a stove and a TV, and in the same room you will also find the kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, oven, hob and toaster. From the living room, you can walk out onto the balcony. In both bedrooms you will find a double bed and from one room you can walk onto the second balcony. There is a camp bed and a highchair. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Parking for one car is available in the garage and there is also a ski storage room.

- You will receive the Sauerlandcard with your booking, which allows free travel by bus and train. There is a lift in the complex. The flat is non-smoking. Please bring your own wood for the stove.
- In the service pack you will find a dishcloth, two dishwasher tablets, a washing-up brush, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, a sponge and one rubbish bag. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided in the accommodation.

Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.

The directions to get to the apartment were terrible. It felt like a game! We had to figure out which door led to the parking garage, how to open it, how to get light in the garage, how to even get out of the garage! We had to figure out that the 3rd floor is actually called "D." And our apartment, number 17, doesn't have a door sign. The light on the railing doesn't work either. We just used a flashlight to insert our keys into every door. A real disaster! We missed the information beforehand that we apparently had to pick up the key elsewhere and absolutely had to download an app; we had no choice. I wish I had known this beforehand. I also wish I had known beforehand that we absolutely had to use a car lift. And I missed the information about the lift's size. One possibility would have been that we had come with a car that was too big, and then we would have had a real problem. I also found the information about the checkout time unclear. Incidentally, the exit had been cleared of snow very well. That was very helpful. We were told this too late. I will never book with you again
De omschrijving om bij de appartement te komen is verschrikkelijk. Het leek wel een spel! We moesten zelf uitzoeken welke deur van de parkeergarage is, hoe we die deur moesten open krijgen. Hoe we licht moesten krijgen in de garage. Hoe je überhaupt weer uit de garage komt! We moesten uitzoeken dat de 3de verdieping eigenlijk ‘D’ heet. En ons appartement nummer 17 heeft geen deurbordje. Ook doet het licht het niet op de balustrade. We hebben met een zaklamp onze sleutel maar in elke deur gestoken. Drama!
Vooraf mistten wij de informatie dat we blijkbaar elders de sleutel moesten ophalen en daarvoor persee een app moesten downloaden, we hadden geen keus. Dit had ik van te voren willen weten.
Ook had ik van te voren willen weten dat we persee met een autolift moesten. En daarover mistte ik de informatie over de grote van de lift. De was een optie geweest dat we met een te grote auto waren gekomen en dan hadden we mooi een probleem gehad.
Ook vond ik de informatie over de uitcheck tijd onduidelijk.
De uitrit was overigens erg goed sneeuwvrij gemaakt. Dat was erg fijn.
Het werd te laat verteld. Ik boek nooit meer bij jullie

We liked everything so far, the location and also the flat. The only thing
was the lack of internet. In this day and age there should actually be
be WLAN everywhere. Otherwise, as I said, everything was great. Uns hat soweit alles gut gefallen, die Lage und auch die Wohnung. Das einzigste
war halt das fehlende Internet. In der heutigen Zeit müsste eigentlich überall
WLAN sein. Ansonsten wie gesagt war alles top.
