Beautiful ground floor flat for 6 persons in the modern apartment complex Résidence Winterberg. Summer or winter, in Winterberg you can enjoy every season of the year. Close to the ski lifts and the beautiful Winterberg is this new apartment complex Résidence Winterberg. Wake up to a breathtakingly beautiful view of the hilly landscape. The complex has its own wellness area, so you can relax after a day on the slopes. The ski slopes are a 10-minute walk away, right behind the Residence. Even when there is no snow, there is plenty to do in the Sauerland. In this versatile environment you can walk, cycle or mountain bike endlessly.
Layout
The flat is on one level and has a modern living room with a cosy seating area and TV. The kitchen has a large dining table and appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, four-burner cooker, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kettle and an oven. There are three bedrooms, all with two single box-spring beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The two bathrooms both have a walk-in shower and toilet. The flat also has a balcony and you can use free Wi-Fi. There is parking space for one car.

Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.

- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation

Location and surroundings
Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.
