Luxury 5 person holiday apartment in Winterberg
This luxurious five-person holiday apartment, on the ground floor, is located 400 meters from the ski lifts and at the Skiliftkarrussell. Also 400 meters away is the mountain Cap with the bobsleigh track, bicycle park, the summer toboggan runs and the climbing forest. The center, with numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants, is one kilometer away from the apartment. This super nice apartment is a great base for discovering Sauerland or for a wonderful weekend or week of skiing.
Layout
In the living room (with underfloor heating) there is a sitting area with widescreen TV and a dining area. You can easily convert the sofa into a double sofa bed. From the living room there is a beautiful view of the bobsled track and the chairlift on the Kappe mountain. The kitchen includes a freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, four-burner stove, refrigerator and of course a coffee pad machine and kettle. The bedroom has a large, luxurious box-spring bed, the second bedroom has a double bed. A baby bed is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Outside a lovely terrace with garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the holiday home.

- A storage room for skis and bicycles is available.
- With the SauerlandCard, which you get for free with your booking, you can use free bus and train transport.
- In the service pack you will find a dishcloth, two dishwasher tablets, a washing-up brush, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, a sponge and one rubbish bag. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided in the accommodation.

Location and surroundings
Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.
