This beautiful holiday apartment for four persons, with a beautiful balcony, is located in the immediate vicinity of the ski lifts and the Skiliftkarrussell. At a short distance you reach the mountain Cap with the bobsleigh track, bike park, summer toboggan runs and the climbing forest. The center, with numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants, is also within walking distance of the apartment. This super nice apartment is a great base for discovering Sauerland or for a wonderful weekend or week of skiing.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the complex. The living room has a dining area and sitting area with TV. The sofa can easily be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed. From the living room you have access to the spacious balcony with garden furniture. There is a modern open kitchen equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, kettle, Senseo, filter coffee machine, four-burner stove, refrigerator, oven and a microwave. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is parking for one car in front of the complex.
