This very luxurious and modern four-person holiday apartment, on the first floor and with a beautiful balcony, is located 500 meters from the ski lifts and at the Skiliftkarrussell. The Cap mountain is also a short distance away with the bobsleigh track, the bike park, the summer toboggan runs and the climbing forest. The center, with numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants, is also within walking distance of the apartment. This super nice apartment is a great base for discovering Sauerland or for a wonderful weekend or week of skiing.
Layout
A beautiful, modern apartment. It has a cozy living room with flat screen TV and from the living room there is access to the balcony with garden furniture. In the high-quality equipped kitchen you will find everything you need, such as a dishwasher, luxury oven, four-burner stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. In one bedroom with a king-size bed, there is a second flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a spacious bunk bed. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated with a shower, toilet and sink. There is parking for one car in the indoor car park.

- The apartment complex has a shared ski room including a drying unit for ski boots.
- With the SauerlandCard, which you receive for free with your booking, you can use free bus and train transport.
- In the service package you will find a dishcloth, two dishwasher tablets, a washing-up brush, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, a sponge and one rubbish bag. There are two rolls of toilet paper in the accommodation.

Location and surroundings
Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.
