This cozy five-person holiday apartment, on the ground floor, is located 400 meters from the ski lifts and at the Skiliftkarrussell. Also 400 meters away is the mountain Cap with the bobsleigh track, bicycle park, the summer toboggan runs and the climbing forest. The center, with numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants, is one kilometer away from the apartment. This super nice apartment is a great base for discovering Sauerland or for a wonderful weekend or week of skiing.

The flat is located on the ground floor and has a cosy living room with a sitting area with TV and a dining area. The couch can easily be transformed into a double sofa bed. From the living room you can go to the terrace with garden furniture and you have a beautiful view of the bob run and the chair lift on the Kappe mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, four-burner cooker and kettle. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large double box spring bed. The second bedroom has a single bed, which can be extended to a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is parking for one car at the apartment.
