Spacious 6-person vacation home with hot tub, sauna and suitable for the disabled

The child-friendly vacation park is located in the province of Drenthe in the middle of nature and yet close to Westerbork. There are beautiful heathlands and forests in the area. The villages of Orvelte, Dwingeloo and Diever are within cycling distance. The cities of Assen, Emmen and Hoogeveen are all about 25 kilometers away and are easily accessible by car. The vacation homes are situated around a large fishing lake. The vacation park offers the possibility to charge the electric car. There is a public charging point next to the center building. This is equipped for quick charging of two electric cars.

This wellness vacation home can accommodate six people and one disabled person. The living room has a sitting area with an atmospheric fireplace, smart television, corner sofa, internet and central heating. The entire house has underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker, Senseo, combi microwave, gas stove, kettle, fridge freezer and Nespresso. There is a tripod chair and camp bed with travel mattress in the house.

The vacation home is adapted with a (children's) bedroom on the first floor. This bedroom has a ceiling elevator and a high/low bed box of 200x90 cm. The height from the top of the mattress measured to the top of the bed is 80 cm. The downstairs bedroom cannot be used by able-bodied persons. However, are you an adult and disabled and is the high/low bed box in this room also a good solution for you to use? Then of course this is possible. The head and foot ends of this high/low bed are not separately adjustable. An extra stretcher in the downstairs bedroom for the partner is possible but rather cramped.

In addition to the adapted bedroom on the first floor, there is also a bathroom with a ceiling elevator. You need to bring your own lifting bag. Look at the picture for its attachment. In the vacation home there are possibly eight lifting bags in various sizes available for you to use. The elevators are suitable for both a sliding lock and a loop. The bathroom has a separate spacious shower and a shower stretcher 170 cm long. The toilet is equipped with brackets. There is also a shower chair.

Upstairs, this home has three bedrooms. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside is a garden with garden furniture and hot tub. There is parking for one car at the house.
