Next to Goes and on Lake Veere you will find Wemeldinge. Goes, also called the shopping heart of Zeeland, is very close by and here you will find many shopping opportunities located in and around the historic city center. Goes also has several galleries and the Historisch Museum de Bevelanden is not to be missed. Wemeldinge itself is hugely popular with water sports enthusiasts (read: many water sports opportunities). In addition, from Wemeldinge Middelburg and Veere are also nice towns to visit and the beach on the west coast of Walcheren is a little further away: Vlissingen, Zoutelande, Westkapelle and Domburg are all recommended with insanely beautiful.

We had a pleasant stay. The sauna was spacious. It was wonderful that there was also a hot tub. A cupboard full of books. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough. This was immediately resolved with a second refrigerator. The welcome was friendly. We hardly had to wait.
Wij hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad. De sauna was ruim. Heerlijk dat er ook een bad was. Een kast vol met boeken. De koelkast werd niet koud genoeg. Dit werd meteen opgelost met een tweede koelkast erbij. De ontvangst was vriendelijk. We hoefden nauwelijks te wachten.
