The group accommodation is perfect for families, seniors, clubs and friends. At the same time it is a paradise for divers. The dune crossing is situated at only 50 mtr. You will find a perfect diving spot. Afterwards you can wash yourself, rinse your diving equipment, dry and store it.

There is a large playing field (1 hectare) for kids inclusive of playground equipment. Besides diving you can make wonderful walks and long cycle tours. The marked routes will lead you along the Oosterschelde, orchards and meadows, to cities like Kapelle, Goes and Middelburg. Wemeldinge offers a marina. You can rent a sailing boat, inclusive or exclusive of skipper.

The living room/dining room can comfortably seat 48 people. There is a large flat-screen TV with various connection options. The mezzanine contains a reading corner with table football. 

The large and complete stainless steel kitchen is specially equipped for large groups with: two refrigerators, two freezers, catering dishwasher, catering coffeemaker, gastronorm hot-air oven, microwave, cooking island with two large sinks and cooking wall with two times four gas burners. 

There are 14 bedrooms in total, all of which are equipped with four beds and a private bathroom. Five of the 14 bedrooms are on the ground floor and one is equipped for disabled persons and has all the necessary facilities. All bedrooms have a bunk bed and two single box-spring beds. Four of the 14 bedrooms have bunk beds.

The bathrooms have a shower, washbasin and toilet. There are also two ladies' and two gents' toilets in the hall on the ground floor, a separate toilet for the disabled and a baby changing facility.

Outside, you have a beautifully situated terrace with firepit, picnic tables and parasols. Sufficient parking spaces are provided. Near the accommodation is a large playing field with a playground where children can have fun, including a swing, sandboxes and a playhouse.
