The bathroom has a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. Through the patio doors in the living room, you enter the terrace of your private garden, here you have a picnic table, patio chairs and a parasol. The garden is not fenced but is situated in such a way that you have plenty of privacy and quiet. You can load and unload the car at the property.
