Welcome to Well, this Limburg town is located in the heart of the Maasduinen National Park, right on the German border. In the picturesque village of Well, you will find one of the most beautiful castles in the province of Limburg: Kasteel Well, a water castle by origin, built in the 14th century. The part of the village that is situated on the Maas, also called the old core, consists of many houses that date back to the previous centuries. Surrounded by De Maasduinen National Park, the surroundings of Well are ideal for cyclists and walkers. For peace and quiet, go to the Reindersmeer, Putjesberg or De Band. For water sports enthusiasts the Leuker Lake and the Maas are ideal: wakeboarding, surfing or kayaking.
