This new holiday park offers you the opportunity to enjoy one of the sustainable holiday homes equipped with luxury and comfort. During your stay at Resort Valley, you can use the facilities at neighbouring Park Berkenrhode. Among other things, this park has a Le Grand Café and a swimming pool. This house is also completely off gas, uses water-saving shower heads and is equipped with LED lighting.

This villa is equipped for up to eight people. The cosy but spacious living room features a smart TV with streaming function and an electric ambient fireplace. The open kitchen is located on the raised mezzanine and has built-in appliances such as a Quooker, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, while the other three bedrooms can be found on the first floor. All four bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with toilet. The house also has a separate toilet on the ground floor and a sauna on the first floor. From the living room you can go outside through the French doors onto the covered veranda with terrace, here you will find, among other things, a barbecue with a landscaped garden and hot tub. This holiday home has two parking spaces. 

The house is heated by underfloor heating and in the summer months you can use the air conditioning.
