Beautiful rural 3-person chalet on the Vecht

This beautiful three-person chalet is located together with four other chalets, haystacks and pipowagen on a former farm on the Utrechtse Vecht. The attractive, practical holiday homes have a panoramic view over the meadows containing the cows of your host/hostess. . All chalets have a canopy with lounge chairs and a terrace with picnic table. You can cook your own meals in the evening, but you can also go out for dinner in the neighborhood. There are plenty of nice and cozy restaurants in the vicinity. You can enjoy the beautiful view and the tranquility of the chalet, but you can also use the chalet as a base for a day in Amsterdam or the Vecht and lakes area. Booking a sloop for a day is also possible, so that you can enjoy the Vecht and its surrounding lake area from the water.

Living room with a dining area and a sitting area with TV, fully equipped kitchen including an induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave, Senseo and a kettle. One bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outside you have a lovely canopy with a private terrace with a picnic table and lounge chairs. Location and surroundings

Weesp, North-Holland

Weesp is a relatively small fortified town nestled between the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal and the Vecht River. Take a boat trip on the Vecht to Fort Uitermeer and explore the historic center with no fewer than 200 monuments. Weesp is rightly called "Little Amsterdam." Weesp offers excellent shopping opportunities, as well as excellent grocery shopping. The Vecht River is largely known for its rich history. It was once believed to be a tributary of the Rhine, flowing eastward around the city of Utrecht. Today, the Vecht begins at the Weersluis lock in Utrecht and flows into the IJsselmeer, where the Zuiderzee once was.

Very welcoming and super clean. Also nice to have some small things like pads and tea for the first day. Plenty of towels too. Bed a bit on the small side.
Excellent
