Cosy 4 persons House boat with view over the water in the Marina of Warns

This four persons "house boat" is situated on a quiet spot next to the marina "de Vrijheid" of Warns. The houseboat has a fantastic view over the water and is fully equipped! Together or with the four of you, want to go out sailing for a while? Then hire a sloop as an extra and explore the surroundings on your own from the water. Sail to Stavoren, Hindeloopen, Workum or Balk. And go wherever your houseboat won't go.

Cosily furnished living room with a seating area equipped with a satellite TV and central heating. The kitchen has a gas cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (and a trundle bed). In the bathroom there is a shower, washbasin and toilet. At the front terrace, at the back and on the roof. You can park your car free of charge by the boat.

Beautiful cities such as: Hindelopen, Sneek and IJlst are a short distance away and have many attractions, museums, and entertainment for children and youth. Entertainment and nature are easy to combine in Friesland due to the many opportunities for (water) sports.
