Beautiful 4 person holiday home in Warmenhuizen

This beautiful four-person vacation home in Warmenhuizen is close to the coast, dunes and forest but also to major cities such as Schagen and Alkmaar. Warmenhuizen is a village with lots of atmosphere, coziness and amenities. There are also restaurants where you can eat delicious food, cafes, stores and a supermarket. The area is a nice base for walking and cycling through the forests such as Schoorl and Bergen. The surrounding picturesque villages are worth a visit. The village has its own swimming pool, but Callantsoog, Bergen, Schoorl, Egmond or Petten are also nearby. The Geestmerambacht Lake is a wonderful place for hiking and recreation. Should you like golf, the courses of Alkmaar, Dikrshorn and Winkel are at a distance. 

This house has its own entrance and has over 90 m2 of living space. Through the private entrance you enter the living room with spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge without freezer, coffee cup machine (L'or Philips) and a combi-oven. The living room has a nice sitting area with two sofas, a smart television and a gas fireplace. With the fixed staircase you go upstairs. There you will find two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The other bedroom has a double bed. There are three single comforters and one double comforter. There is a crib and high chair in the house. Upstairs is also the bathroom. The bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, toilet and an infra red sauna that you can use for free. Outside there is an enclosed garden with garden furniture and a lounge set. There are also two parking spaces at your disposal.
