This beautiful double holiday home has been realized in the front house of this authentic Drenthe farm. The farm is located in the village of Wapserveen in Drenthe. From Wapserveen it is only a few minutes' walk or bike ride to the beautiful nature reserve Holtingerveld. Enjoy the peace and quiet around the farm, or take a look at the belfry at the church opposite the farm. Visit the typical Drenthe villages of Dwingeloo and Diever or explore the history of the Colony of Benevolence in Frederiksoord or Wilhelminaoord. Enjoy shopping in Meppel, Steenwijk or Zwolle. What of course should not be forgotten is a day in Giethoorn! This beautiful water village is less than fifteen minutes away by car. You can enjoy cycling or rent a whisper boat to admire the village from the water.

Entirely groundfloor. The living room is decorated in the 70s style but with HD TV and a comfortable "new-fashioned" couch and a record player. Separate kitchen diner which is also furnished with a touch of the 70s but with a dishwasher, combi microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, four-burner stove and a fridge. There is also a little freezer. There is one bedroom with a double box-spring bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, and is partly adapted for the disabled. Outside you have access to several terraces and garden furniture. You can also sit comfortably at the large pond.
