For those looking for a holiday close to the beach and Zeeland's natural beauty, this comfortable home in Vrouwenpolder is an excellent choice. Situated on the edge of the village, in a quiet location, it's just 850 meters from both the beach and Lake Veerse Meer. All amenities are within walking distance: a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bicycle rentals, a playground, pony rentals, and stables are all nearby. Those seeking peace and quiet and nature will find beautiful areas nearby, such as the Oranjezon water extraction area and the protected Mantelinge dune area, both easily accessible by bike.
The house is attached to the owner 's house and has its own entrance. The modern living room opens directly onto the sunny garden with a terrace through sliding doors. Here you can relax on the lounge set or dine together outside at the dining table. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom.
A wonderful base for relaxing days at the seaside and discovering the best of Zeeland.

Vrouwenpolder beach is located on the west coast of Walcheren, on the North Sea. The beaches in the area are wide, child-friendly and clean. Vacations here consist of sun, sea and beach, as well as beautiful sights in large and small villages surrounded by beautiful nature. Visit, for example, historic Veere, which in its heyday was a powerful trading town where much ship trade with Scotland was conducted. A trip to Middelburg is also worthwhile, ideal for a day of shopping. Visit the Zeeuws Museum there and learn about the history of the Zeelanders or go to Deltapark Neeltje Jans and learn about the impressive Delta Works.

Overall, we felt very comfortable. The stove and the ice-cold refrigerator were a minor drawback. The stairs are steep and narrow for guests with small children. It wasn't a problem for us. So, we were very happy and felt comfortable there.
Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen waren der Herd und der eiskalte Kühlschrank. Die Treppe ist für Gäste mit kleineren Kindern steil und eng. War für uns kein Problem. Also, wir waren dort sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns wohl.

Lovely cottage, with a supermarket and fish stall around the corner. Friendly hosts. Plenty to do in the area, even when the weather isn't great. Relax at home in the evenings with TV and internet, and sleep soundly.
Fijn huisje, met supermarkt en viskraam om de hoek. Vriendelijke gastheer en -vrouw. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving, ook met minder mooi weer. In de avond lekker thuis met TV, internet en heerlijk geslapen.
