This beautiful 20-person group accommodation has a private cinema and barrel sauna and is located on Recreatielandgoed de IJsvogel. Recreation estate de IJsvogel is a lovely holiday park with many facilities for young and old and is located on the edge of the Veluwe in a wooded, rural environment with plenty of cycling and walking paths. People looking for peace and quiet but also those with an active mind will enjoy themselves here. The estate is about four kilometres from the cosy village of Voorthuizen. The towns of Barneveld, Garderen, Putten and Otterlo are also in the immediate vicinity.

Detached villa with partly enclosed garden. Spacious living room with fireplace, sitting area, radio and TV and a separate dining room for the whole party. Kitchen with, among other things, a combi-oven, filter and Senseo coffee maker, ceramic hob and dishwasher. There are seven bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two single beds, two on the first floor with three single beds and two on the first floor with two single beds. In the attic there are two bedrooms with four single beds. There are four bathrooms in total, three of which are on the first floor. These bathrooms have a washbasin, shower and toilet. The fourth bathroom is located on the ground floor and has two showers and a double sink. Both on the ground and first floor you will find a separate toilet. There is an extra outbuilding set up as a recreation room with table football, table tennis and darts. There is also a unique private cinema with pool table. For extra relaxation, a lovely private sauna barrel is at your disposal. Outside you will also find a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a table tennis table. There is ample parking space for several cars.
