Unique 16-person groupaccommodation in Vlissingen, only 50 meter from the beach.
Unique and completely renovated (2015) water tower (1896) for 6-16 persons in the centre of Vlissingen. The water tower is situated in Vlissingen, near the boulevard and Het Badstrand, the southernmost sandy beach of the Netherlands.
Behind the entrance, on the ground floor, you will find a wonderful living room with spacious sitting area, satellite TV, games and books, atmospheric fireplace, ZH, radio, highchair and free internet. Spacious kitchen-diner complete with baking-oven and microwave, filter coffee-maker, freezer, stove (five rings) and cooker, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, electric kettle and a large dining table for 16 persons.
In-between floor (half floor above the kitchen) with children’s room with four beds and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, with two single beds (boxspring) each and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture. On the second floor you will find one bedroom with two single beds (boxspring) and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and separate toilet. On the third floor you will find two bedrooms with two single beds each (boxspring). Hall (third floor) with separate toilet.
Outside you will find a new, partially fenced-off garden with furnished terrace and private parking place for four cars.

- There is a barbecue that you can use for free (please clean yourself after use).
- In the service pack you will find a dishcloth, two dishwasher tablets, a washing-up brush, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, a sponge and one rubbish bag. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided in the accommodation.
- Sportverenigingen, studentenverenigingen, jongerengroepen (tot 25 jaar) en basisschoolgroepen zijn niet toegestaan.

Vlissingen is a beautiful and large port city in Zeeland. Strolling along the beautiful boulevard or on the beach of Vlissingen are all part of a vacation in this beautiful port city in Zeeland. Places like Veere and Zoutelande are nearby and very nice to visit. You can enjoy the old houses, characteristic farms and many terraces. With many cycling and walking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings, with its typical Walcheren villages and country roads, in different ways. It's truly special to be a resident of such a unique building for a while. Our grandchildren were thrilled! A lovely living room, a wonderfully large terrace with lounge sofas and a lovely long garden table. The kitchen is small for a large group but has everything you need. It's just a matter of practical organization. Conveniently close to the beach. The playroom and trampoline kept the kids entertained!
Het is heel bijzonder om even bewoner te zijn van zo’n bijzonder gebouw. Onze kleinkinderen vonden het superspannend! Een fijne living, een heerlijk groot terras met loungebanken en een heerlijke lange tuintafel. De keuken is klein voor een grote groep maar heeft wat je nodig hebt. Het is even een kwestie van praktisch organiseren. Lekker dicht bij het strand. De speelkelder en trampoline zorgden ervoor dat de kinderen niet hebben stilgezeten!
