Spacious 6-person house near sea and beach with sauna and mancave in Vlissingen

Enjoying close to the beach in a property with many facilities and close to the city centre? This holiday home has it all. Walk out of the street? Then you come to the Vlissingen Boulevard and the beach. An ideal location to enjoy the beach or one of the terraces. At the Boulevard, large container ships pass by at short distance, unique in the Netherlands! But the city centre with various shops, supermarkets and a cinema are also close by. Reptile Zoo Iguana and the Maritime Muzeeum are definitely worth a visit. Near these two activities you will also find the pilot harbour. This is where pilot boats come in to change crews. A spectacular sight!

Near Vlissingen, you will also find the cosy town of Middelburg with its many shops and restaurants. The seaside resorts Zoutelande and Domburg are also worth a visit. With the bicycle-foot ferry, you can cross the Westerschelde to visit Breskens. 

After a day at the beach or another activity, it is also nice to stay at the house. The house has a man-cave with bar and a luxurious wellness bathroom with an infrared sauna and whirlpool. In short: a lovely fully equipped house in a prime location!

This complete house is equipped for six people and features Wi-Fi. The spacious living room with large sofa and armchair is tastefully decorated and features a cosy wood-burning stove. Opposite the kitchen is a large dining table for enjoying your meals. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a 5-burner gas hob, combination oven, fridge, dishwasher and cooker. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and dryer. Extending from the living room is a garden room with sliding doors to the terrace and a cosy bar. There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor. Both furnished with double bed (160x200m and 180x220m), wardrobe and TV. On the first floor you will also find the two bathrooms. One bathroom is fully equipped with a whirlpool bath, shower, infrared sauna, washbasin, toilet and urinal. The second bathroom has a shower cabin and a washbasin. The third bedroom is on the second floor. The garden around the house has several terraces, where you can enjoy the sunshine. Four cars can be parked near the house: two in the parking spaces and two under the carport.
