This furnished five-person holiday home is located in Southwest Drenthe in the nostalgic Drenthe brink village of Vledder. This village is located in a beautiful wooded area with moors and sand drifts. In addition to Vledder, you will find the beautiful villages of Dwingeloo, Ruinen and Havelte. The holiday home has a beautiful large garden in which several cozy seating areas have been laid out, with a beautiful sea of ​​wild flowers in spring, summer and autumn. A lust for the eye!

The holiday home has a living room with a sitting area and a TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, a (combi-) microwave, filter coffee maker and an induction plate for cooking. There are two large bedrooms, one of which has a loft with three single beds, one of which is suitable for children up to 10 years old. The other bedroom is on the ground floor and has two single box spring beds. There is a large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. Free WiFi is available in the holiday home. For the children there is a high chair and a cot and there are toys available. Outside there is a terrace with seating adjacent to the beautiful garden. The entire holiday home has underfloor heating.

In winter, the holiday home is heated with a water-to-water heat pump that uses solar heat stored in the ground. In summer, this system cools the house, ensuring a pleasant living environment at all times. A solar collector on the roof provides the house with hot shower and tap water. So no more gas is used, electricity is provided as much as possible by the solar panels, which are installed in the vegetable garden.
