Bungalow for 8 people on the water with sauna near the Markermeer
In this comfortable eight-person waterfront bungalow, you'll enjoy space, tranquility, and wellness. The bright living room is the heart of the home and offers a wonderful place to relax together. The open-plan kitchen is practically equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for your group. The two bathrooms and the traditional or infrared sauna add an extra touch of luxury to your stay. Outside, a spacious terrace with garden furniture awaits, perfect for enjoying the view. The bungalow has two parking spaces.
The house, located near the Markermeer lake, offers an excellent base for hiking and cycling along the shores and through nature reserves. Nearby are the historic Zuiderzee towns of Monnickendam, Edam-Volendam, and Hoorn, all well worth a visit. All the ingredients for a relaxing holiday are within easy reach.

- If you book a holiday home with an arrival on King's Day, April 27, 2026, you can check in between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
- It is necessary that the main booker is present at check-in to identify themselves.
- The interior and exterior may differ per home.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit on-site from all guests renting a holiday home . The deposit is a maximum of €100 per person.
- In a 4- or 6-person chalet it is not possible to place a camping cot in the bedroom.

Location and surroundings
Uitdam, North-Holland
The cozy Uitdam, located the southeastern part of the province of North Holland. The village is located directly on the Markermeer, so water sports enthusiasts will feel right at home. Sailing, surfing or renting a sloop, it is all possible here. Highly recommended is the Marken Express, a boat trip from Volendam across the Gouwzee to Marken. Visit the picturesque nearby harbor towns of Monnickendam or Volendam, and check out the historic town center or have your picture taken in traditional costume. From Uitdam, Amsterdam is a stone's throw away. In addition to good shopping, you can enjoy many cafes, restaurants and museums there, but certainly also enjoy a nice walk along the canals.

Beautifully landscaped park, nice cottages. Our 8-person cottage was nice and spacious, with a nice 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Located by the water, with its own deck, super nice. However, there was a lot of overdue maintenance and dirty furniture: sofa and rug with ugly stains, hot tub and fireplace didn't work, oven broken, deck had a dangerous loose plank and patio tiles loose.
mooi aangelegd park, leuke huisjes. Ons 8 pers huisje was lekker ruim, fijn 3 toiletten, 2 badkamers. Ligging aan 't water, met eigen vlonder, super leuk. Maar veel achterstallig onderhoud en vies meubilair: bank en kleed met lelijke vlekken, bubbelbad en openhaard werkten niet, oven kapot, vlonder had gevaarlijke losse plank en terrastegels los.

The location and surroundings are beautiful. Unfortunately, there is still much room for improvement. The paving around the cottage had subsided, causing holes in the paving. As a result, it is not recommended for people with a physical disability. There is a lot of overdue maintenance, both internal and external. Maintenance is needed.
De locatie en omgeving is mooi. Helaas is er ook nog veel voor verbetering vatbaar. De bestrating om het huisje heen was verzakt, hierdoor zaten er gaten in de bestrating om het huisje heen. Waardoor het voor mensen met een fysieke beperking niet aan te raden is. Veel achterstalig onderhoud, intern en extern. Onderhoud is nodig.
