Nice 12 person group house in Drenthe

This beautiful 12 person holiday farm is located in Southwest Drenthe in the beautiful surroundings of the nostalgic Drenthe village Uffelte. This village is located in a beautiful wooded area with moors and sand drifts. The farm is located on the Drentse Hoofdvaart. So, so to speak, you can fish in the front yard. Next to the farm you walk on a sandy path and 300m away there is a beautiful beach on the river Dwingeler AA. This holiday farm is an excellent base for discovering Drenthe and guarantees a wonderful weekend or week away with family or friends.

You will occupy the complete house (front house) of this spacious farm. The hospitable owners live in the renovated rear of the farm. The spacious furnished living room has a large corner sofa that can accommodate at least 10 people. There is also a central old-fashioned wood stove. The open kitchen has a robust dining table for 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer and a filter coffee machine. In the large hall is a bookcase with many nice books.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed, one of which has a shower. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a double box-spring bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Two of these bedrooms are equipped with a baby/cot. There is also a modern bathroom on the first floor with sink, shower and toilet. in the utility room is a third shower. Outside is a large (grass) garden with a terrace. The garden can be closed off by means of a gate in connection with small children and/or pets. You can use the shed in the garden to store your bicycles.
