At the park, you can enjoy swimming, fishing, and the play facilities for children. There's also plenty to do in the Tynaarlo area. Groningen and Assen, the charming large cities of the north, are nearby. Drenthe is also known for its dolmens, the largest of which, along with the dolmen centre, can be found in Borger.
