Detached 16 person group accommodation with sauna, sun shower and whirlpool in Tholen
This beautiful 16-person Wellness Villa is located on Waterrijk Oesterdam, a beautiful holiday park between Rotterdam and Antwerp, in the middle of the National Park De Oosterschelde. The detached villa is equipped with a sauna, sun shower and whirlpool. The holiday park is laid out next to the Oesterdam, the longest dam of the delta works, which connects Tholen with Zuid-Beveland. Due to its unique location, it has a central location to explore both Tholen and Zuid-Beveland, but other parts of Zeeland are also easily accessible. There are also good connections to cities such as Rotterdam, Goes, Antwerp and Bergen op Zoom, to name just a few.
Exploring the area can be done on foot, by bike or by car, but as the name of the park suggests, you are in paradise for true water sports enthusiasts. The park is accessible by water for considerably large pleasure yachts and the park also has a trailer ramp. From your holiday home at Waterrijk Oesterdam on Tholen you have a base for making trips on the Oosterschelde, the Veerse Meer and even the Biesbosch.
In the spacious living room with smart TV you can enjoy the holiday together. The Villa has a spacious basement with four bedrooms, each with two box-spring beds and two spacious bathrooms with a sun shower, sauna and bubble bath. The ground floor has a spacious living room with a fireplace and a kitchen with two dishwashers, six-burner stove, kettle, filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. On the upper floor there are also four bedrooms with two box-spring beds, two bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Outside you have a lovely garden with a terrace with garden furniture.
There is parking for five cars at the holiday home.

- Sportverenigingen, studentenverenigingen, jongerengroepen (tot 25 jaar) en basisschoolgroepen zijn niet toegestaan.
- The holiday villas at the Oester Dam Resort can only be booked by family groups. Non-family groups are not allowed in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the resort. The organisation of club outings, student parties, bachelor parties and other groups with a festive character is not permitted.
- The optional additional service package includes two toilet rolls, three dishwasher tablets and two large rubbish bags.
- Exterior and interior may differ between one accommodation and the other and might deviate from the photos.
- Bringing a own boat is on request, for this you can contact our guest service.

Location and surroundings
Tholen, Zeeland
Tholen the city is located on the island of the same name. Here you combine city with nature. In fact, the island itself is known for its beautiful nature, consisting of flower dikes and narrow polder roads. To fully enjoy this, many cycling and walking routes have been laid out so that you can explore the island at your own pace. The Oosterschelde is in constant motion, at low tide almost a third of it falls dry, and the continual movement creates a rich breeding ground that many birds love to use as a stopping place or wintering place. Underwater you can enjoy the abundance of life and the beautiful underwater nature, the Oosterschelde is the most important diving center of the Netherlands.

The resort looks very luxurious from the outside, but we found the quality of the interior to be really substandard. One chair missing, several chairs unusable due to broken legs, kitchen cabinets and paint peeling off, the hot tub spewed nasty gunk, bedding/pillows very dirty/yellow, and more. Opinion: paid too much.
Het resort oogt aan de buitenkant heel luxe, maar de kwaliteit van het interieur vonden wij echt beneden de maat. 1 stoel te weinig, diverse stoelen waar je niet op kon zitten doordat de poten kapot waren, keukenkastjes en verf bladerde eraf, bubbelbad gaf allemaal vieze smurrie, beddengoed/kussen erg vies/geel en nog meer. Mening: te veel betaald.

We regret that the points you mentioned were not reported to our reception during your stay. As a result, we did not have the opportunity to immediately assess any potential problems and resolve them where possible. Additionally, we would like to point out that a party tent was placed at the villa during your stay without prior permission. We were not aware of this, and it is not permitted at the resort. Naturally, we take every review seriously and will discuss and investigate the points you raised internally. We strive to continuously improve our accommodations and service.

Wij vinden het jammer dat de door u genoemde punten niet tijdens uw verblijf bij onze receptie zijn gemeld. Hierdoor hebben wij geen gelegenheid gehad om eventuele problemen direct te beoordelen en waar mogelijk op te lossen. Daarnaast willen wij aangeven dat er tijdens uw verblijf zonder voorafgaande toestemming een partytent bij de villa is geplaatst. Hier waren wij niet van op de hoogte en dit is niet de bedoeling op het resort. Uiteraard nemen wij iedere beoordeling serieus en zullen wij de door u genoemde aandachtspunten intern bespreken en controleren. Wij streven ernaar onze accommodaties en service voortdurend te verbeteren.

Bij aankomst was er heel slecht gepoetst. Borden en bestek lag vuil in de kast. Er waren veel te weinig glazen voor een villa voor 16 personen. De vaatwassers werken niet goed, borden en bestek niet goed proper.
