Tholen - Zeeland - Luxury wellness villa for 10 people.
This modern, detached, extremely luxuriously furnished water villa is situated at holiday park Waterrijk Oesterdam in Tholen with sun shower, sauna and whirlpool. The house offers all ingredients for a wonderful, luxurious holiday. The park is situated amidst National Park Oosterschelde, on the border of the provinces of Zeeland and North Brabant, a perfect operating base to discover the wonderful surrounding area. Besides, this location guarantees plenty of water fun!
Layout
Wonderful living room with underfloor heating and a cosy, large sitting area with flatscreen TV, CD-player and atmospheric fireplace. Dinette and open kitchen complete with amongst others dishwasher, Nespresso coffee-maker, combination oven and electric kettle.On the ground floor you will find one bedroom, with two single beds, and a luxurious bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The other four bedrooms, with two single beds each, are situated on the first floor just like two luxurious bathrooms; one with sunshower and sauna, one with whirlpool. All beds are boxspring beds. Outside you will find a sundeck with lounge corner. There is parking for two cars at the holiday home.

- Please note! Pets are not allowed in every villa. Bringing a pet is therefore only possible on request and subject to availability.
- The holiday villas at the Oester Dam Resort can only be booked by family groups. Non-family groups are not allowed in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the resort. The organisation of club outings, student parties, bachelor parties and other groups with a festive character is not permitted.
- The optional additional service package includes two toilet rolls, three dishwasher tablets and two large rubbish bags.
- Exterior and interior may differ between one accommodation and the other and might deviate from the photos.
- Bringing a own boat is on request, for this you can contact our guest service.

Tholen the city is located on the island of the same name. Here you combine city with nature. In fact, the island itself is known for its beautiful nature, consisting of flower dikes and narrow polder roads. To fully enjoy this, many cycling and walking routes have been laid out so that you can explore the island at your own pace. The Oosterschelde is in constant motion, at low tide almost a third of it falls dry, and the continual movement creates a rich breeding ground that many birds love to use as a stopping place or wintering place. Underwater you can enjoy the abundance of life and the beautiful underwater nature, the Oosterschelde is the most important diving center of the Netherlands.

Mooi huis voor grote groep, we waren met 8 volwassenen en 3 kinderen plus een hond.
Afgesloten tuin, fijn met kleine kinderen en hond.
Toiletten moeten even grondig gereinigd worden, zijn “schoon” maar bruine aanslag in de pot.
De broodjesservice mag wat uitgebreider bv chocobroodjes erbij. Broodjes zijn niet goedkoop en waren heel hard!
