12-person group accommodation with two bathrooms at a holiday resort in Tholen

This luxury group accommodation for 12 people is located at Holiday Park Waterrijk Oesterdam, in the heart of De Oosterschelde National Park. Thanks to its location on the Oesterdam, this is an ideal spot for lovers of nature, tranquility, and water sports. From the park, you can easily explore Zeeland, with places like Tholen, Goes, Bergen op Zoom, and Antwerp within reach.

The detached villa features a spacious living room with a seating area, flat-screen TV, dining area, and an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner stove, and Nespresso machine, among other amenities. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sink. On the first floor, there are four more bedrooms, each with two single beds, a second bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sink, and a separate toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy a covered terrace with garden furniture. The accommodation features free Wi-Fi, central heating, and parking for three cars.

  • Please note! Pets are not allowed in every villa. Bringing a pet is therefore only possible upon request and subject to availability.
  • Sportverenigingen, studentenverenigingen, jongerengroepen (tot 25 jaar) en basisschoolgroepen zijn niet toegestaan.
  • The holiday villas at the Oester Dam Resort can only be booked by family groups. Non-family groups are not allowed in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the resort. The organisation of club outings, student parties, bachelor parties and other groups with a festive character is not permitted.
  • The optional additional service package includes two toilet rolls, three dishwasher tablets and two large rubbish bags.
  • Exterior and interior may differ between one accommodation and the other and might deviate from the photos.
  • Bringing a own boat is on request, for this you can contact our guest service.

Tholen, Zeeland
Tholen the city is located on the island of the same name. Here you combine city with nature. In fact, the island itself is known for its beautiful nature, consisting of flower dikes and narrow polder roads. To fully enjoy this, many cycling and walking routes have been laid out so that you can explore the island at your own pace. The Oosterschelde is in constant motion, at low tide almost a third of it falls dry, and the continual movement creates a rich breeding ground that many birds love to use as a stopping place or wintering place. Underwater you can enjoy the abundance of life and the beautiful underwater nature, the Oosterschelde is the most important diving center of the Netherlands.

We spent a week there as a family with seven people. The park is very nice and very clean! Our house was large and spacious, but the mattresses were worn out. Our house wasn't ready when we arrived at 4 p.m. The other guests received a bottle of champagne as compensation, but we didn't. There are worse things.

Alles was naar wens, behalve dat de tv geen internet had, we moesten voor 20€ hdmi kabel huren bij de receptie. En omdat we via wifi film gingen kijken was de internet traag. Buiten dat is het een aanrader vooral voor de families met kinderen.
