We had a wonderful week in Teherne at the Teherne Harbour Resort. The cottage was beautiful, clean, and well-furnished. Everything was there. The surroundings were superb. Wonderfully quiet, yet also cozy. There is plenty to do. We really enjoyed seeing boats arrive and depart every day. That really adds to the atmosphere.
Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Teherne aan havenresort Teherne. Het huisje was mooi, schoon en goed ingericht. Alles was aanwezig. De omgeving was super. Heerlijk rustig, maar toch ook gezellig. Je kunt er genoeg doen. Wij vonden het heel leuk dat elke dag boten aan ziet komen en vertrekken. Dat doet echt iets met de sfeer.

The head office helped me well and in a customer-friendly manner. They handled very neatly what the park managers had let slip. At the park itself, it was one big struggle to get to the designated holiday home . After finding the manager for forty-five minutes, I was unsympathetically directed to the cottage. A grumpy start to the holiday. A shame.
Het hoofdkantoor heeft mij goed en klantvriendelijk geholpen. Zeer net opgepakt wat de beheerders van het park hebben laten liggen. Op het park zelf was het één grote zoektocht om in het bestemde vakantiehuis te komen. Na drie kwartier de beheerster gevonden te hebben onsympathiek naar het huisje verwezen. Chagrijnig begin van de vakantie. Jammer.

We are sorry that you were not welcomed hospitably. New arrangements have been made with the park regarding the check-in procedure. As a result, the arrival process will be more pleasant for future guests.
Vervelend dat u niet gastvrij bent ontvangen. Er zijn nieuwe afspraken gemaakt met het park over de checkin procedure. Hierdoor zal voor toekomstige gasten de aankomst prettiger verlopen.

"Everything was fine" is useless, so I'll offer a highly critical explanation. It can be very pleasant in the summer, but this time around Christmas it was deserted. However, you have to pay a hefty price of over €1,000. That's probably why only four of the 18 cottages were occupied.
Aan " dat alles prima was" heeft u niets, derhalve zal ik uiterst kritisch een toelichting geven.
Kan 's zomers heel gezellig zijn maar nu was het rond Kerst een uitgestorven boel, je moet wel echter de hoofdprijs betalen van meer dan 1000 Euro. Daarom waren waarschijnlijk ook maar 4 van de 18 huisjes bezet.
