Peace, space and nature are the starting points of this park. The park is ideal for people aged 55+ and young families. The park offers facilities in the form of a launderette, a volleyball court, table tennis, and a jeu des boules court. For lunch, dinner or a cup of coffee in between, you can go to Brasserie Nieuw Vosseven. In the park you will also find a natural lake with a lot of natural life. The lake is only 30cm deep, making it not suitable as a swimming pond, but you can enjoy recreation at the lake. You can fish at Troellenvijver Heioord, a fishing paradise in beautiful nature. Heioord is located near Neeritter, just a few kilometers from the park

In the living room you will find a television with Dutch and German channels, a CD player and a DVD player. The bungalow has central heating. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. You also have your own garden with a terrace with garden furniture and a parasol.
