Cozy and simple 6 person holiday home in Stavenisse on Tholen, near the Oosterschelde.
At 'Oud Kempen' recreation park in Stavenisse on Tholen you can rent this simple, semi-detached holiday home. The house is cozy, fully and comfortably furnished. While sitting on the covered terrace, you can enjoy the attractive, beautifully landscaped garden. This is completely fenced and is well maintained. Children and dogs can play outside without problems while enjoying the colorful flowers, tubers and bulbs. This holiday home in Stavenisse is NOT suitable for wheelchair users and the disabled.
Stavenisse is within walking distance of the Oosterschelde where many water activities are possible such as swimming, surfing and sailing. It is a very nice environment for long walks or bike rides and the many roads lead you along the most beautiful spots. Several cities such as Antwerp, Bergen op Zoom and Rotterdam are easy to reach and offer you many events and attractions if you want to go a day away.
The leisure park includes a reception, a snack bar, a playground and a tennis court and in the summer you can use the outdoor swimming pool. So come and enjoy a wonderful holiday with your family, friends and children in this hospitable, six-person holiday home in Stavenisse in Tholen.
Layout
On the ground floor you will find the hall with amongst others washing machine, drier and freezer. Living room with sofa, chairs, central heating, satellite-TV, DVD-player, radio and dinette. Open kitchen complete with dishwasher, filter coffee-maker, grill, toaster, stove (four rings), microwave and refrigerator.
The first bedroom has a double bed with two single duvets. Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, both with two single beds. Outside you will find a spacious, fully fenced-off garden with two terraces (one is covered) inclusive of garden furniture. Sunshade and barbecue are at your disposal. Parking is available in the central parking lot about 50 meters from the house.

- These energy costs will be charged with the deposit according to consumption. The costs are EUR 1,50 per m3 of gas and EUR 0.40 per kWh of electricity. No energy costs will be charged from May to September.
- Maximum two pets allowed.
- The park is completely car-free, but there are two large car parks where you can leave your car.

Stavenisse is located at the head of the island of Tholen. Both those looking for peace and quiet and water sports enthusiasts will find what they are looking for in this area, as well as beautiful villages, plenty of culture and history. The island of Tholen also guarantees tranquility, space and nature. The many cycling and walking routes along the winding polder roads take you along dikes, fields and vistas of the Oosterschelde and Grevelingen estuaries. You will be transported back in time along the simple and picturesque villages where you can still taste the history. A little more culture? Then Deltawerk Neeltje Jans is an absolute must. Here you will learn all about the famous Delta Works.

Wir finden es eine Zumutung dieses Haus zu vermieten. Total veraltet, Küche fällt bald auseinander. Dusche ist undicht. Toiletten Deckel kann nicht befestigt werden.

Het toiletdeksel is vernieuwd. De huisjes zijn inderdaad al 50 jaar.
De keuken gaat binnenkort nagekeken worden en eea verbeterd
Voor wat betreft de faciliteiten, daar kunnen wij geen invloed op uitoefenen.
De douche ga ik binnenkort aanpassen.

Mooi huisje qua indeling en ruimte. Heeft wel een opknapbeurt nodig. Toch wel verpuderd en de nodige slijtage. Zelfs lekkage op de slaapkamer.
