Location

This neat holiday house is situated on the small villa park Aan den Oever (Zeeland) on the island Tholen within walking distance of the Oosterschelde. A large sandy beach is situated at approximately 7km of the apartment, in Sint-Annaland.

A couple of places of interest

In the northern part of the harbour of Stavenisse you will find the former town hall which served as refuge for hundreds of victims during the flood disaster.

Discover the varying landscape of Zeeland by bike. Mark out your route by means of bicycle nodes. Do you prefer to walk? The walking network will lead you through the most wonderful pieces of Zeeland. You will pass silent country paths, unique nature, villages and dikes!

Visit the 11 monuments of Stavenisse. Amongst others you can visit the Dutch Protestant Church, the town hall, the foundation of the castle, the working-class area, the former post office…

Do you love water? Diving? You have reached the right address. Stavenisse offers 3 well-known diving spots; Haventje, Keetenweg and the Quaack, also called Le Teton. Le Teton is the easiest and perhaps best known spot!

On the ground floor of this holiday house, in perfect condition, you will find a living room with amongst others satellite-TV and DVD-player, games, CH and free internet. Kitchen complete with combination oven, cooker, stove (4 rings), grill, dishwasher, mixer, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee-maker, toaster and juicer. Hall with separate toilet.

The house has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, with 2 single beds, is situated on the ground floor. The other 2 bedrooms are situated on the first floor, 1 with double bed, 1 with bunkbeds and child’s bed (if desired, we can place an extra bed for the 7th person). Bathroom on the first floor with bath, walk-in shower, 2nd toilet and washbasin. Outside you will find a fenced-off garden with furnished terrace, BBQ, sunshade and private parking place for 2-3 cars.
