This holiday home in Spier is a detached and attractive accommodation for up to four people, in the middle of the greenery of Drenthe. The house has been completely renovated, has a warm atmosphere and a spacious garden. It is located at the edge of the Dwingelderveld and Terhorsterzand, ideal for walks and beautiful cycling trips. Nearby are megalithic tombs, characteristic villages such as Diever and Vledder, and nature reserves such as the Drents-Friese Wold. Trips to museums, sheep pens or an outdoor performance at the Shakespeare theatre are also possible. For an afternoon of shopping or a terrace, larger towns such as Assen, Meppel and Steenwijk are within easy reach.

In the living room you will find a sitting area with a TV, a dining table with four chairs. The dining table can be made bigger with a simple operation to accommodate six people. The open kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils. There are two bedrooms in the house. On the first floor is a spacious bedroom with a double box-spring bed (200x210cm). In the basement is a second bedroom with two single beds that can also be pushed together. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Through the patio door you have access to the terrace where you have enough space to enjoy both the sun and the shade. Next to the holiday home is a spacious, lockable shed where you can store your bicycles and recharge your electric bikes. There is parking space at the house for two cars.
