The woody surroundings of Somme-Leuze are perfect for walking, horse riding or cycling. In the surroundings you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.

Ground floor:
A spacious living room with corner sofa, gas cassette fireplace and flat screen television also has a pool table. A beautiful large dining table frames the living room from the stylish modern kitchen with a cooking island. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. A six-burner cooker and a dishwasher are not lacking. The swimming pool of 8m x 4m and 1.50m deep has beautiful loungers along the pool. The temperature of the water is 28 degrees. There is also a spacious walk-in shower and an infrared sauna.

Floor:
Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. (Two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with three single beds and a children's room with two bunk beds and a bed drawer.
