For a successful family outing, you have found the right holiday home here! This super nice 12 persons holiday home with swimming pool and complete wellness area is located in the province of Namur in Belgium. The holiday home is located in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The woody surroundings of Somme-Leuze are perfect for walking, horse riding or cycling. In the surroundings you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Layout
Ground floor:
A spacious living room with corner sofa, gas cassette fireplace and flat screen television also has a pool table. A beautiful large dining table frames the living room from the stylish modern kitchen with a cooking island. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. A six-burner cooker and a dishwasher are not lacking. The swimming pool of 8m x 4m and 1.50m deep has beautiful loungers along the pool. The temperature of the water is 28 degrees. There is also a spacious walk-in shower and an infrared sauna.
Floor:
Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. (Two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with three single beds and a children's room with two bunk beds and a bed drawer.
In the large play attic you will find a game console, board games, table football and an air-hockey table.
Outside:
The large terrace and spacious garden with jeu de boule court has a beautiful view of the region and is equipped with garden furniture. Parking space for four cars.

Somme-Leuze is located in beautiful open rolling countryside, interspersed with forests and in one of the most beautiful areas of the Ardennes. Besides wonderful cycling, hiking, swimming and horseback riding, there are also plenty of other fun trips. Visit for example the famous caves of One Thousand and One Nights in Hotton-sur-Ourthe, search for treasure in the labyrinth house in Barvaux or stroll through the flea market of Bomal. Do you prefer something sporty? Then go rafting, climbing, mountain biking or discover one of the other adventurous activities in the area. For a day of shopping, Liège is the right place. Do not forget to try a delicious Liège waffle on one of the cosy terraces.

Net zo mooi als de foto’s doen vermoeden, zowel binnen als buiten. Keukenkastjes zouden iets schoner kunnen (detail). Maar kortom top locatie, voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wat een super huis, echt van alle gemakken voorzien !! Heerlijk ruim en schoon en met lekkere luxe.
We hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt. We misten alleen een gezellig lounge zitje voor buiten met een buiten kacheltje. Maar voor de rest was alles echt top!

Mooi huis met een binnen zwembad, badkamers bij elke slaapkamer, een zolder met speeltoestellen voor de kinderen. Het ligt mooi aan de rand van het dorp op een heuvel. Een echte aanrader.

Wij hebben met ons gezin (ouders, kinderen en kleinkinderen) enorm genoten in ons vakantiehuis. Dit was voorzien van alle comfort. Het zwembad was zeker een meerwaarde. Als we zeer kritisch zijn, misten we in de tuin enkele speeltuigen (schommel, schuif-af ) voor de kinderen. Het was een prachtweekend in een prachtig vakantiehuis!
