In this beautiful houseboat you have a view of the adjacent Sneekermeer lake from all sides in the living areas. The living room is furnished with a cozy sitting area with a spacious corner sofa, coffee table, television and armchair. The dining area consists of a comfortable sofa and two separate chairs which offers space for four people. The kitchen is located in the passage to the rear of the boat and is equipped with an induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster, Nespresso machine and kettle. At the back of the houseboat you will find two bedrooms with a double bed. The bathroom has a sink, towel radiator and a shower with glass door. Outside there are two terraces. The rear terrace, where the evening sun shines, can be reached from the back of the bedroom. At the front is a seating area with two chairs and a table. Right next to the houseboat is a lovely lawn/garden (100 m2) with a picnic table for cozy dining and two relaxing lounge chairs. The living room and bedroom have air conditioning. One car can be parked behind the barrier.
