This holiday home is suitable for 10 persons and is situated on a small-scale holiday park in Sint-Maartenszee. There are few facilities at the park. The park is all about peace, space and privacy. For children, there are several playgrounds at the park and there is a tennis court/table tennis table. From the park, you can take the 1.3-kilometre footpath to the sea or use one of the many cycling routes in this beautiful area. Enjoy a nice snack or drink at the beach pavilion? You can also visit one of the other cosy coastal towns such as Petten or Callantsoog.
The spacious living room features a large corner sofa with a TV and a dining area. The kitchen includes a 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, Nespresso and a filter coffee machine. On this floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a studio with two single beds, a shower and a washbasin. And there is a separate toilet.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with two single beds and two bedrooms with a single bed. There are two bathroom rooms. The large bathroom has a shower, double sink and toilet. the small bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet.
Outside there is a large terrace with an electrically operated canopy, two parking spaces and a garage.

Sint-Maartenszee is a lovely seaside resort known for its wide, quiet sandy beaches. The dune area is also beautiful and perfect for a nice walk. Close to the dunes, nature reserve Het Wildrijk offers a lot of beauty for nature lovers. In spring, the many hyacinths form a beautiful picture. For children, experience park Land van Fluwel and amusement park De Goudvis are recommended. The latter has both indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Fun places to visit nearby are Callantsoog and Petten.

Beautiful house, very spacious. The children had a wonderful time in the garden. Because it wasn't the summer season yet, it was wonderfully quiet at the park.
Prachtig huis, lekker ruim. Kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt in de tuin. Doordat het nog geen seizoen was, was het heerlijk rustig op het park.
