6 to 8 persons holiday home on a park in Sint-Maartenszee

This holiday home is suitable for 6 - 8 persons and is situated on a small-scale holiday park in Sint-Maartenszee. There are few facilities on the park. The park is all about peace, space and privacy. For children, there are some playgrounds at the park and there is a tennis court/table tennis table. From the park, you can take the 1.3-kilometre footpath to the sea or use one of the many cycling routes in this beautiful area. Enjoy a tasty snack or drink at the beach pavilion? You can also visit one of the other cosy coastal towns such as Petten or Callantsoog.

On the ground floor is the living room with a sitting and dining area with a fireplace and a TV. The L-shaped kitchen includes an induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso and a filter coffee machine. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms with two single beds. There is also a separate sleeping niche (140x200) on the landing here. This is suitable for two children up to 12 years old or one adult. There is also a second bathroom here with a shower and sink. On the landing is an extra toilet.

Outside there is a spacious garden with luxurious outdoor furniture. There is parking space for two cars at this holiday home.
