Six person holiday home in Sint-Maartensvlotbrug

This holiday home is located in Sint-Maartensvlotbrug on the coast of North Holland on a nice and quiet small villa park. This villa is thatched and exudes coziness. The park is virtually car-free. At the park is a small playground. In the vicinity is plenty to do for all ages. The beach and dunes are about 900 meters away. You can walk to the nature reserve the Wildrijk. The landscape is very suitable for cycling and hiking. In the vicinity of the vacation home is Callantsoog where there are several restaurants, beach pavilions and a supermarket. For children there are many opportunities in the area such as play park the Goldfish and many more play parks and zoos. 

The living room has a lovely sitting area with television with Dutch and German channels, internet and central heating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, Senseo, filter coffee maker, combi microwave and kettle. In the pantry you will find the washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a sink. There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor. The bathroom has a sink, shower stall and a small sauna with five high-quality infrared radiation installed.

Outside you can enjoy the garden with garden furniture and a parasol. There is also an electric barbecue here. There is parking at the house for one car.
