From the balcony you have a fantastic view over the Krabbenkreek, where you can see the tide of the Oosterschelde passing by on one side and the marina on the other. There is also a small beach in front of the complex. In the surrounding area, there are various possibilities for a walking or cycling trip. In the surroundings, there are plenty of old dykes, windmills, farmhouses and authentic villages. The centre of Sint-Annaland is at walking distance with its cosy restaurants and terraces.
