There is also a small beach in front of the complex. In the surrounding area, there are various opportunities for walking or cycling. The area features numerous old dikes, windmills, farmhouses, and authentic villages. The center of Sint-Annaland is within walking distance, with cozy restaurants and outdoor cafes.

This beautiful four-person apartment is located on the first floor. Take the elevator and you step into the apartment's kitchen. Next to the kitchen is the cozy living room with a seating area and smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and hob, among other things. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 180x200 cm. The second bedroom has a double bed measuring 160x200 cm. There is also a single infrared sauna in the apartment. The bathroom features a walk-in shower , a rain shower, and a sink. There is a separate toilet in the apartment.

The apartment features a narrow balcony at the rear. And at the front, you have a terrace with a lounge sofa and table overlooking the harbor.
