There is also a small beach in front of the complex. In the surrounding area, there are various opportunities for walking or cycling. The area features numerous old dikes, windmills, farmhouses, and authentic villages. The center of Sint-Annaland is within walking distance, with cozy restaurants and outdoor cafes.

This beautiful, ground-floor apartment features a cozy living room with a seating area and smart TV overlooking the Oosterschelde. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, and hob.
