This spacious four-person flat is located on the island's largest marina. The flat is on the first floor of a small apartment complex and is accessible by lift. From the balcony, you have a fantastic view over the Krabbenkreek, where you can see the tide of the Oosterschelde passing by on one side, and the marina on the other. On hot summer days, it is great to come home to a cool flat. Thanks to the air conditioning, you enjoy a pleasant temperature day and night ideal for relaxing, working or sleeping. There is also a small beach in front of the complex. In the surroundings, there are various possibilities for a hiking or cycling trip. In the surroundings, there are plenty of old dykes, windmills, farmhouses and authentic villages. The centre of Sint-Annaland is within walking distance with cosy restaurants and terraces.

The apartment is suitable for four people and located on the first floor. When you enter the flat, you walk from the hall to the living area with sitting area and kitchen. The living area is furnished with a sofa and smart TV, there are also blackout window coverings.

The dining area is furnished with a dining table and four chairs, and adjacent is the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, among other things. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and sink with mirror and storage space. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom is equipped with a 180x200 cm double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe and has a view of the marina. The second bedroom is located at the rear and has a view of the Oosterschelde and is equipped with a 160x200cm double bed with television.

From the kitchen, you can walk onto the 14 m2 balcony, which overlooks the marina. The balcony is equipped with garden furniture and sun beds.

Parking is available at the accommodation. Downstairs is a separate storage room where you can store your (electric) bikes and recharge them if necessary.
