This spacious four-person apartment is located at the island's largest marina. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a small-scale apartment complex and is accessible by elevator. From the balcony, you have a fantastic view of the Krabbenkreek on one side, where you can watch the tides of the Oosterschelde pass by, and the marina on the other. During warm summer days, it is wonderful to come home to a cool apartment. Thanks to the air conditioning, you enjoy a pleasant temperature day and night, ideal for relaxing, working, or sleeping. There is also a small beach in front of the complex. In the surrounding area, there are various opportunities for walking or cycling. There are numerous old dikes, windmills, farmhouses, and authentic villages in the vicinity. The center of Sint-Annaland is within walking distance, with cozy restaurants and outdoor cafes.

The apartment is suitable for four people and is located on the second floor. Upon entering the apartment, you walk from the hallway into the living area with a seating area and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a smart TV, and there are also blackout window coverings.

The dining area is furnished with a dining table and four chairs, and the open kitchen is adjacent. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle, among other things. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and a sink with a mirror and storage space. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom features a 180x200 cm double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe, and overlooks the marina. The second bedroom is located at the rear, overlooks the Oosterschelde, and features a 160x200 cm double bed with a television.

From the kitchen, you can walk straight onto the 14 m² balcony, which overlooks the marina. The balcony is furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers.

You have access to a parking space at the accommodation. Downstairs, there is a separate storage room where you can store your (electric) bicycles and charge them if necessary.
