This spacious 4-person apartment is located at the island's largest marina. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a small-scale apartment complex and is accessible by elevator. From the balcony, you have a fantastic view of the Krabbenkreek on one side, where you can watch the tides of the Oosterschelde pass by, and the marina on the other. There is also a small beach in front of the complex. In the surrounding area, there are various opportunities for walking or cycling. The area features numerous old dikes, windmills, farmhouses, and authentic villages. The center of Sint-Annaland is within walking distance, with cozy restaurants and outdoor cafes.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is very bright thanks to the four tall windows, and has a modern appearance. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a smart TV with international channels; there is also free Wi-Fi. There is a dining table with chairs where you can eat together or enjoy a game. The open kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, kettle, and induction hob, among other things. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. The bathroom features a sink, walk-in rain shower, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet at the entrance to the apartment.

From the apartment, you have access to two balconies. The large balcony overlooking the harbor/south is furnished with a garden set with six chairs and four sun loungers. On the smaller balcony, which overlooks the north/beach side, there is a coffee table with two chairs. This allows you to always seek out the sun or the shade.

You can park your car in the parking lot at the apartment complex. If you bring bicycles, you can safely store them in the storage unit and charge your electric bike if needed.
