From the balcony you have a fantastic view over the Krabbenkreek on one side, where you can see the tide of the Oosterschelde passing by, and the marina on the other side. There is also a small beach in front of the complex. In the surroundings, there are various possibilities for walking or cycling. In the surroundings, there are numerous old dikes, mills, farmhouses and authentic villages. The centre of Sint-Annaland is within walking distance with cosy restaurants and terraces.
