This 4 persons flat is situated on the ground floor of an apartment complex in Sint-Annaland. From the balcony you have a fantastic view over the beautiful nature reserve Nationaal Park Oosterschelde. In the surroundings, there are several possibilities for walking or cycling. In the area there are numerous old dikes, mills, farmhouses and authentic villages. The centre of Sint-Annaland is within walking distance with cosy restaurants and terraces.
This modern, ground floor flat has a cosy living room with a sitting area, flat screen television and floor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso and a filter coffee machine. There are two bedrooms with two single beds and a wardrobe. Through the sliding doors you will reach the large balcony of 27m2 with garden furniture. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
On the ground floor there is a storage room and parking space for one car.
