Beautiful 12 person holiday home near Winterberg

This luxurious and beautiful 12-person holiday home with five bedrooms and a sauna is located in the beautiful Sauerland village of Silbach, seven kilometers from Winterberg. Silbach is a nice place with a number of nice shops and restaurants. From here it is wonderful to walk or cycle. Hiking trails start just outside the door of the holiday home. The distance to the ski resort of Winterberg is approximately seven kilometers. The center of Winterberg has numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants. This super nice holiday home is a great base to discover Sauerland in the summer but also in the winter, or to ski a wonderful weekend or week. The property is adjacent to a nature reserve and is ideal for mountain biking or hiking.

The spacious living room has a large dining area and a spacious seating area with a wood stove and TV. The large spacious kitchen has two dishwashers, a small dining area, oven, microwave, five-burner stove, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are five bedrooms with four with a double bed, one with a four-poster bed, and one with two bunk beds. A baby cot and high chair are available. The two modern bathrooms have a total of three showers, and a bathtub. There are three wide screen TVs throughout the house.

The delightful spacious garden has several nice seats and a covered grill area. A generous Finnish sauna is also available. The garage offers space for two engines. Skis and bicycles can be parked in a separate basement. There are two parking spaces next to the house.
