This nice three-person holiday home is located in the cosy village of Silbach. Silbach is a cosy, typical Sauerland village with some nice shops and restaurants. From here you can go hiking or cycling. Hiking trails start just outside the door of the holiday home. The distance to the ski resort of Winterberg is about eight kilometres. The centre of Winterberg has numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants. This super nice holiday home is a great base to discover Sauerland in summer but also in winter, or to spend a lovely weekend or week skiing.

The holiday home has a cosy living room with a seating area and comfortable dining area. There is a separate kitchen including a four-burner cooker, kettle, coffee maker, fridge. dishwasher and oven. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, and one bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a toilet, shower, sink and a bathtub.
